TED Talk Tuesday: Try something new for 30 days by Matt Cutts

Most of us have probably heard of things called 30 day challenges, where the challenge is to do something everyday for 30 days. It might be to take a photo of yourself or wake up one minute earlier everyday.

In this talk, Matt Cutts talks about how 30 days is just enough time to add or remove a habit from your life. He suggests that you should try something that you’ve always wanted to do and add it to your routine and see how it feels. His reasoning is that 30 days will pass by anyway, so why not do something useful with it?
