Why Should You Watch This?
TEAMWORK!
In this talk, Linda Hill pushes for collective creativity for problem solving instead of trying to prove who was more right than the other. She also explains as to why great leadership isn’t exactly what drives innovation, but rather, innovation drives great leadership instead. She studied 16 innovation leaders within 12 different industries, and she shares what she learned in this talk about the journey of collaborative problem solving. Some of the main examples that she mentions is when she was studying how Pixar creates their movies, and how Google was able to problem solve through collective creativity rather than trying to compete.
