We all know that everyone is always so busy with creating and designing something new.

In a fast paced world, 10 minutes is worth a lot. Everyone is so busy with trying to keep up with what they need to do. We never just actually stop.

Don’t you feel like you need to take a break sometimes from all the noise and electronics? In this less than 10 minute TED Talk, Andy Puddicombe talks about the importance and science behind meditation.
